It's our more versatile Archtop guitar, sounding great in modern jazz, such as funky, fusion and blues. The clean sound is definied and smooth, while the distorted one is warm and powerful. The rims are low; the pick up, a single P-90 to the neck, is mounted directly on soundboard. The construction characteristics are similar to those of the other Archtop guitars, with composite of carbon fibre and wood. | MODEL | Maranta | | BODY STYLE | Acoustic archtop (16” width, 2” depth) | | TOP | Figured Maple & Carbon Fibre | | BRACING | Val di Fiemme Spruce, parallel bracing | | BACK AND SIDES | Figured Maple & Carbon Fibre | | NECK | Two-piece European Flamed Maple | | FINGERBOARD | 12” radius, ebony | | INLAYS | Abalone Dots on the side | | SCALE LENGHT | 25” | | NUMBER OF FRETS | 21 | | NUT | Bone | | BINDING | Ebony | | TUNING MACHINES | Schaller®, Ebony knobs | | HARWARE PLATING | Nickel | | TAILPIECE | Resonator | | BRIDGE | Adjustable Ebony | | PICKUPS | Lindy Fralin® P-90 | | FINISH | Gloss nitrocellulose lacquer | | CASE | Hardshell |
